Genetic predispositions are a part of the picture, and they are important to consider in assessing which nutrition and lifestyle adjustments are best for you, but genes alone don’t dictate most health outcomes.
It’s the interplay of genes, lifestyle and environmental triggers that matters most. And that’s why a whole-person, whole-life approach to health and wellbeing makes so much sense.

If your house is full of mold and termites, it would be safe to assume that the foundation would not last. There is no difference with our bodies, except that our bodies are miraculous, energetic structures + ecosystems. Our hearts’ beat without command. All of our cells are constantly seeking balance, or homeostasis. Give your body half of a chance to heal and it will get to work.
While dietary choices are completely individualistic, there are food particulars which are best avoided by everyone. To be aware of your choices does not mean you have to be perfect all of the time. Life is about balance, do the best you can and all parts of you will be grateful.
I want to shed light on harmful, addictive chemical-laden ingredients that are keeping your mind and body from optimal wellness and potentially inciting harmful side effects and even dis-ease. A good rule of thumb is if you cannot pronounce it you probably should not have it in our around your body!
