The beliefs one hold are typically formed through the experiences you absorbed, as a child, before the age of seven. The meaning given to your experiences completely affect the reality in which you perceive and create. That is because the subconscious mind is 1000 times more powerful than the conscious mind and humans are the only species which can activate the physiological fear response, in the body, from thoughts alone.

  • An open and curious mind supports an ability to transform beliefs and patterns necessary to one’s personal evolution and achievement of potential.

  • A mind needs the time, space, attention and care to sharpen it’s skills and examine it’s contents, which results in an experience of integrated wellbeing.
