Understanding who you are is vital to your overall wellbeing. Our mind and intellect provide context for mental understanding and often we do not realize the person we are beyond our thoughts. The beliefs one hold are typically formed through the experiences you absorbed, as a child, before the age of seven. The meaning given to your experiences completely affect the reality in which you perceive and create. That is because the subconscious mind is 1000 times more powerful than the conscious mind and humans are the only species which can activate the physiological fear response, in the body, from thoughts alone.
Together, we make the connections, in your life, as to how your thoughts and belief patterns are affecting your level of care, integration, follow through and success.
As powerful creative beings, you also have the potential to create a pleasurable and fulfilling reality; as a result of clear, loving and focused thoughts. With this integration you will, with greater consistency, experience the creative and stimulating force that is your mind. Your mind is a powerful ally of the totality of who you are. A healthy mind also enjoys sharing their gifts with others. A Well person recognizes the value of discipline and has the courage to take risks because that is the only way to activate greater potential in their life. A healthy mind has the patience and focus to take responsibility for their actions and make choices from a place of deeply valuing reciprocity. A healthy mind emits the attitude of gratitude and enjoys spacious moments of present awareness.

Today we will explore the element of Imagination and how it pertains to your wellbeing. Several years ago, when my life was at a painful crossroad, I made a vow. My vow was to God, my life and my service here on Earth. I asked to be guided to tools and resources to help me heal and I promised I would share what I learned with others.
