Imagination as a Healing Tool

You might enjoy reading this Power of Imagination blog, prior to this one for additional context.
Some may think I am silly for staking such claim in the Power of Imagination. I believe it is an imperative ingredient for success, in any area of your life.
Why? Because it is not linear, which can be limiting and time consuming. With quantum movement, things can change instantaneously.
How do we get there? To less physical work and greater attraction to our desires?
Through allowing yourself to go there, deep into your imagination, letting go of logic while creating space for infinite possibilities to be revealed.
For those who value the sustainability of wellbeing, one must be ready to step out of illusion and disconnection and into a field of unlimited potential and possibilities. DimensionL will meet them there.
We recognize and honor that multidimensional beings must be met with a sustainable, potential focused, comprehensive approach to Vital Wellbeing. We define Wholeness through the lens of 8 dimensions and when applied creates a DimensionL Lifestyle. At the core of our Dimensions of Wellbeing, is Love and is the inspiration and reminder in our name: DimensionL Wellbeing.
Love is the great equalizer and ground on which one can make all decisions, because every choice is an act of Creation. We believe in a benevolent world. When we keep Love as our focus, all of these wellness ‘to-do’s’ become an act of service to our Highest Good. What’s more, Love is the great multiplier; it is an unending supply source which expands upon itself. When one is centered, it is easier for someone to know what they need and the more they activate their Intuitive abilities, the greater access they have to this part of themselves.
Love is an actual vibration, one of which all humans are naturally attuned to if only one can be still and align. From this space one has access to transformational healing and awareness of their interconnectedness to all.
You current reality is a snapshot of your current state of belief.
Before you think I am accusing you of being responsible for all of your hardships please continue reading on. At DLW we put Love in the center and ground on which we make all decisions. Our hope is to guide you to solutions to co-create your reality instead of being a victim to it.
First, it takes admission. In complete transparency of my own experience, I admit that I have chosen hardships for myself. I also admit that I have been put in victim situations. I admit that, in these situations, I often did not know how to choose the victor path. That is because I believed I deserved the treatment. It became so engrained in my subconscious, as a small child, that I believed it and my reality proved it, too! As I work on changing these beliefs, my reality has changed too. The times in which I have been taken advantage of are few and far between and when this has happened, I possess a new reality. I see these as opportunities to exercise what I have learned about Self-Worth. I do not think this is happening TO me, rather FOR me.
We negatively use our imaginations, all the time! This is what worrying is! Have you ever worried so much over something to see it actually come to pass? Yes, it could have happened that way but your worrying definitely quantified the experience and possibly even drew it to you. Everything is resonating and creates a vibration. If worry is a vibration, what does it have you resonating with?? Experiences and relationships to worry about??
Have you heard the saying, ‘if you want something different you have to do something you have never done before'? This is an example of taking a Quantum Leap, moving from a limited perspective to the vastness of infinite possibility.
Imagination will take you there. Below is a visualization practice to support you on your journey to strengthen your relationship with Imagination.
Imagining Your Ideals: A Visualization Practice
The Set-Up: Find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie, distraction free.
Premise: Take any area (or specific situation) you would like to improve or change. This will be the material you will work with after you get still and drop-in.
The Practice: Close your eyes and start to tune into your breath; following the breath as it moves IN and OUT.
Once you are settled in, begin to visualize (with your minds’ eye) what you would like to see happen. Let yourself completely let go of the current reality of the situation and dive into the fantasy world of your Ideal Situation.
As you are doing so, imagine this vivid scenario taking place RIGHT NOW. Make it a visceral experience. Tap into the feelings you have as this is taking place. Remove limitations and judgements. If it feels good, let yourself go there. Let yourself linger in this space as long as you can, increasing the vividness of your ideals. Get into all of the details and especially notice how you feel.
Allow yourself time to come back to reality and journaling about your experience will only bring it more into the present! Spend time with this, several times a week and if needed, give yourself specific time lengths to practice.

Having a vivid imagination is remaining ‘like a child’ which keeps us in flow with the prosperous, expansive, timeless nature of our Universe. Both Tesla and Einstein shared that they tuned into imagination to receive their brilliant discoveries. The more they could empty their minds, the greater capacity for Universal Wisdom to come through.
