At DimensionL Wellbeing, we believe the body is a divinely designed vehicle for your Spirit. It is what allows one to operate in this physical plane and experience sensations of the five senses. The physical body is created from a combination of the five elements and each human contains a unique expression of these elements.
There is so much to be learned and understood about one’s body and it is vital to take full responsibility on the road to optimal wellbeing. This includes the day to day care you provide for yourself plus the discernment of when to invite in medical care. To be physically well means to have a cooperative relationship with your practitioners, rather than constantly waiting to be told what to do.
When working in this dimension we explore the fundamentals and relationships to; nutrition, functional movement, seasonal self-care, detoxification and sleep (among others) through the lens of integrity, quality and care. The more you understand about yourself the easier it is to sense and detect when something is out of balance (symptoms + warning signs), because most dis-ease is an accumulation of imbalances overtime. Being physically well provides vital energy, worthiness, direction and satisfying life experiences.
The body keeps the score.
Connection and understanding of the food I eat increases my ability to know what nourishes my specific needs.
I take full responsibility for my health. I read labels. I ask questions. I make decisions based off sound information and my intuitive experience. I seek support from wellness practitioners who co-create my journey to integrated wellbeing.
The more care and understanding I have of my body the more subtle my awareness becomes of what I specifically need to be my best self.
When making choices for my health, I also consider the impact it has on our people, animals and environment.

Grounding and gratitude are two vitally important practices that ultimately do not need to cost you a thing. A very common complaint I hear, when talking to clients and others about living in vitality, is that it is too expensive and elusive. I understand and empathize with this statement, because in many ways this is entirely true, but it is not the whole story.

According to a study by the Environmental Working Group, blood samples from newborns contained an average of 287 toxins, including mercury, fire retardants and pesticides.
It is my logic that if unborn life form is already subjected to this astronomical number of toxins, what would the toxin load of the average adult look like?
