As an individual, you are part of many environments so it is important to examine and explore your impact, effect and contribution to each; from your home to planet Earth.
The dimension of Environment has been included because science is proving that environment is the number one predictor of how well one will actually be. On the spiritual side, our the Earth is our home and the quality of care we provide for her is a direct reflection of how well we will be. Humans are made of the same five elements that create the stars, oceans, forests and wildlife. Taking care of our air, water and land is our responsibility and act of gratitude for providing us with a home and the breath of life. As an individual, you are part of many environments so together we will examine your impact and contribute to each; from your home to planet Earth.

You may be wondering why I am mentioning this at all. I share this with you because today I want to talk about something that is not so peaches n' cream, but I believe having an understanding of this topic to be a necessary facet of supporting your multi-dimensional wellbeing.
This topic is dear to my heart because I have a really hard time with dishonesty and people being taken advantage of. Today we will dive into the topic of the ‘Smoke & Mirrors’ we are subjected to as citizens and consumers.
I have only one holiday bugaboo, the decline of a healthy routine. With all of the holiday scurry, a solid eating and healthy movement plan is usually the first thing to go. Many even feel guilty about devoting this time to healthy habits when there are so many presents to be bought and friends and family to visit. However, it is my personal goal to maintain my level of health throughout the holiday season, while enjoying the festivities and heart of the season.
A non-negotiable, or principle, helps create healthy boundaries which supports you in having interdependent relationships rather than codependent ones. This includes with yourself, others and your environment. Why is this important? Codependency pulls on and drains your health, there are varying degrees of victim mentality. An interdependent relationship includes parties who do their work to be healed, whole and integrated. Therefore energy and health is uplifted!
