DimensionL Wellbeing provides the philosophy, methodology and container to enable a person to experience what it truly means to feel and stay well: we call it a return to Wholeness. Our approach keeps LOVE in the center. We are here to guide our clients to the highest expression of themselves. The result being greater well-being for the individual and therefore greater well-being for society. Our way provides the opportunity to function in your fullness with more consistency.

At DimensionL Wellbeing we recognize and honor that multidimensional beings must be met with a potential focused, sustainable, multifaceted approach to Vital Wellbeing. We define Wholeness through the lens of 8 dimensions and when applied with LOVE creates a Vibrant Lifestyle.

Through our offerings and care, we help our clients navigate these issues to support them in becoming their own health advocate and turning on their Inner Light.

When these dimensions are in resonance, the more LIGHT a person will exude. This is not a quick fix or another marker of achievement, rather it is a way of living and thriving through connection, education and exploration. True health is found in personal coherence - this is when what one says, believes, feels and acts upon are in alignment.

Our mission is to provide impactful and empowering care which awakens people to their divine design and entanglement to the universe; supporting the activation of their full potential.  That is why we created the 8 Dimensions of Wellbeing, which transforms lives and reduces or eliminates suffering.

With the current state of times, it has become imperative to stop personally and collectively perpetuating suffering, if society desires to change their trajectory. For those who value the sustainability of wellbeing, one must be ready to step out of illusion and disconnection and into a field of unlimited potential and possibilities. DimensionL will meet them there.

We recognize and honor that multidimensional beings must be met with a sustainable, potential focused, comprehensive approach to Vital Wellbeing. We define Wholeness through the lens of 8 dimensions and when applied creates a DimensionL Lifestyle. At the core of our Dimensions of Wellbeing, is Love and is the inspiration and reminder in our name: DimensionL Wellbeing.

Love is the great equalizer and ground on which one can make all decisions, because every choice is an act of Creation. We believe in a benevolent world. When we keep Love as our focus, all of these wellness ‘to-do’s’ become an act of service to our Highest Good. What’s more, Love is the great multiplier; it is an unending supply source which expands upon itself. When one is centered, it is easier for someone to know what they need and the more they activate their Intuitive abilities, the greater access they have to this part of themselves. Love is an actual vibration, one of which all humans are naturally attuned to if only one can be still and align. From this space one has access to transformational healing and awareness of their interconnectedness to all.

There is a natural order to everything; from our bodies to the environment. Because of the use of technology, we are able to manipulate these natural cycles; having light to stay up when it is dark, instant gratification, etc. However, regardless of our attention to the cycles, we are still affected by them. Even if you were oblivious to the snow outside, your body will respond if you go outside in shorts and a tank top. This is connection to natural order.

Today we will dive deeper into cycles of our environment, how they affect us and how we can become a co-creator with our world instead of working against that which is naturally available.

The cycles of our environment are external influencing forces that directly affect our inner rhythms.  Since we are a reflection of nature, and our environment, adjusting habits with natural cycles has the power to bring the body back into balance, where all health lies. Yes the body can manifest lack of health in a variety of ways, but there are universal underlying rhythms that affect each of our health. Today, our focus will be on Lunar, Elemental & Seasonal Cycles.

LUNAR CYCLES

Lunar cycles occur as the moon continuously orbits around the earth. As it does so, its visibility changes thus creating the phases of the moon. With these cycles, many believe our feelings, behaviors and physiology may be energetically affected. Historically, the term ‘lunatic’, derived from the word lunaticus, referred to dis-ease caused by the moon or moonstruck. Many hospitals report increased births and incidence around the full moon. Cleansing your body may be scheduled with lunar cycles, as parasites tend to reproduce with this same cycle.

A new moon carries the energy of drawing in more of what you want to see in your life, it also is represented by the masculine energy. On the converse, full moons are a time to let go of anything that is no longer serving you and represents the feminine energy. If we are aware of these cycles, we can provide our bodies & emotions with compassionate care. If you are unaware of these cycles, the full moon may have you feeling stressed or overwhelmed with details. Additionally, many women menstruation cycles sync up with lunar cycles.

THE ELEMENTS

According to Chinese medicine, everything consists of one or a combination of five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. These elements also represent themselves throughout the seasonal changes. Keeping these elements in balance allows for greater ease and flow with the natural internal and external cycles.

The Wood Element is characterized by masculine energy and contributes to strength, flexibility, renewal and growth. The time of day wood element is most present is during the early hours of the morning. It is also present in the season of Spring. So if you want to call in more wood energy, take a walk first thing in the morning and observe the growth all around you. Journaling may be helpful to balance an over-active wood element, since it is governed by the masculine.

The Fire Element is also characterized by masculine energy and contributes to the energy of persistence, enthusiasm, creativity, passion and expansion. If out of balance, fire may ilicit feelings of anger, impatience, impulsivity or a general feeling of being ‘burnt out’. Summer season and midday represent the fire element. Our relation to our personal power also is governed by this element. To evoke more fire, get connected, move your body or do something you feel passionate about. If you have TOO much fire, cool yourself down with the element of water. Cooling deep breaths, restorative yoga and eating raw foods are all ways to cool your fire.

The Earth Element is characterized by both masculine and feminine energy. This element has more of a centering and yoking quality. The qualities represented by earth are patience, stability, practicality, groundedness and harmony. Late summer is the season that marks the earth energy and the general transition of seasons. Draw in more earth by practicing grounding exercises, gardening and eating more root vegetables.

The Metal Element is characterized by feminine energy and is represented by the season of Autumn. In our environment, the metal element can be found in crystals, minerals and gems. Similar to the energy of air, metal represents breath. When in balance, you feel your connection to everything. Persistence, determination and rigidity are all qualities of metal energy.

The Water Element is characterized by feminine energy and is represented by the season of Winter. Qualities associated with this element are intelligence, wisdom, insight, reflective, flexibility and rest. An inability to choose and stick to something may be a sign of an overabundance of this element.

Getting to know and understand these elements may allow for greater understanding of your own body and your relation to the cosmos.

THE SEASONS

Seasons divide the year by changes in weather, length of daylight and ecological differences. They are marked by the Earth’s rotation around the Sun. Different elements present themselves with each season. For instance, in the summer months the element of Fire is much more present than the element of Earth. Understanding the correlation between the seasons and elements will allow you to sync your own internal rhythms with your environment, depending on your specific needs. We can then choose nutrition, self-care and detoxification programs that compliment the natural cycles.

Elements, Seasons & Organs Affected

Spring: Liver & Gallbladder

Summer: Heart & Small Intestine

Late Summer: Stomach & Spleen

Autumn: Lung & Large Intestine

Winter: Kidneys & Bladder

Drawing conscious awareness to the cycles around you brings you to a greater place of balance and harmony. Internally you will feel a lot less resistance and more flow. Gratitude is also increased as we are aware of how supported we are by the cycles naturally occurring.

So what do you think? Are you ready to consider yourself as an elemental being?

A good place to start is to learn more about your Dosha, which is essentially learning more about the unique balance of elements in your own body and being.
