The founder grew up practicing Eastern medicine traditions and has combined this knowledge with modern science to help us ‘live longer, healthier lives’.

Further Foods products are incredible and so is their company ethos. Their packaging is eco-friendly and they give back by donating to programs that support healthy eating and those with chronic illnesses. They are also women owned and operated. I love receiving their emails too because they provide a lot of good education and recipes as well, to support your healthy lifestyle.
