Our feelings are signals within our body designed to guide us to the next best step, for our growth and evolution. Our feelings alert us when we are out of balance, because the body's true desire is to be in balance. If we listen and understand how to interpret the messages of our emotions, we can use the signals to provide ourselves with what we need.
Let me let you in on a little secret….Practitioners spend years in school to intrinsically learn the functioning of the human body and how to hopefully prevent and remove dis-ease. What they do not do is spend years studying the human psyche & spiritual consciousness; tapping into more than what meets the eye as well as a mindbody approach to dis-ease caused by psychosomatics (at least this is not the traditional western approach).
When we have a strong spiritual connection and conscious habits, we move through life's trials, and tribulations, without attaching to the details of the experience. Living this way, what we once deemed as failure can now be perceived as feedback. This moves us from the space of seeking help for our own problems and into recruiting support to actualize our potential.
