As a Holistic Health Practitioner, I am sort of like a lifestyle specialist. I support my clients (you) in all dimensions of their wellbeing in order to help them live a full, happy and balanced life; this is a holistic approach. We accomplish this by learning how to make more conscious decisions in all areas of our lives. This affords us the opportunity to truly understand the value of the present moment. This is complementary to and not in replace of, support that they would receive from their academic or medical communities. Therefore, I always work with them, in accordance with their other health care practitioners, and support them in taking full responsibility for their health and well-being.
Prior to the birth of DimensionL Wellbeing, I began this journey out of a desire to heal myself and share what I found, with others. What has come to be of DimensionL Wellbeing is an amalgam of my educational journey, personal experience of wellness and experience working with clients; over the past decade. This has led me to be completely convicted in trusting the wisdom of the body’s feedback and our innate ability to find balance, restoration, regeneration and sustained health and happiness.
Throughout all of these wellness endeavors, I have discovered that Wellness is in every choice; it is not a special compartment of your existence, rather it is the thread that binds the experiences of your existence as well as the barometer of the quality of your life. Wellness is both intrinsic and extrinsic. These personal and professional discoveries led to the birth of the 8 Dimensions of Wellbeing, with LOVE being at the center of these dimensions, the Source if you will. These 8 dimensions are a container for Self Mastery and Self Actualization.
When I work on-on-one, I help my clients set goals in accordance with their health concerns and I support them in setting up strategies to reach their goals incrementally. This can include education and support around food choices and improved nutrition, digestion, detoxification, exercise, stress and time management, career, relationships, healthy home environment and so on. While I do not prescribe supplements, I do carry several supplement lines, and offer information and resources for clients to consider if they are interested in this support. There are a variety of ways to connect with me individually' from Sole Sessions to Wellness Journey Packages. Our work together can be focused on one dimension or several at a time. That is the beauty of working with me, the level of attention-to-detail and individualization that is included.
As a practitioner, I am highly sensitive and intuitive, which allows me to move beyond what I have learned and tap into the Quantum realm, where I can discover greater insight about your specific needs. I see my clients as whole and I operate from the premise of seeking to understand what is out of harmony and how to best activate potential vs. primarily focusing on specific symptoms. I often work with clients who 'have tried everything' and it amazes them at how I can be helpful in connecting the dots.
The amount of attention and care we provide is something clients always comment on, which we deeply value, because I recognize our innate desire to be seen, heard and valued. In fact, I believe this to be integral in the healing journey. I do my best to always teach and share from a space of unconditional love and I am not afraid to have tough conversations. My job is to support you in seeing yourself, which reduces suffering and leads to a sustainable, happy, Full Spectrum life.
Guiding you to become conscious of your lifestyle choices is at the heart of what I do. When you learn to pay attention to the choices you make and are able to intuitively consider potential outcomes, you’ll be able to confidently invest in your future and take the risks you need to achieve all your goals and dreams.

Prior to the birth of DimensionL Wellbeing, I began this journey out of a desire to heal myself and share what I found, with others. What has come to be of DimensionL Wellbeing is an amalgam of my educational journey, personal experience of wellness and experience working with clients; over the last decade.
My offerings started with an emphasis on holistic nutrition, and over the years I have gained experience and education in holistic wellness. I am currently working on my Master's Degree, with a fast track to PhD in Natural Medicine. I chose the less well known Quantum University to attend, because of their unique offering in bringing together Eastern + Western medicine, with an emphasis of Consciousness and Whole person wellbeing.
