 Over the past decade, I have taken a deep dive into all things holistic and integrative. I have had the pleasure of learning incredible techniques and tools that serve my personal wellbeing, as well as my clients. I would love for you to learn more about the techniques utilized during your wellness sessions. Because we offer wellness care, for 8 dimensions, Danae prices her sessions by time so that she can utilize any of these tools that may best serve your time together.

My toolbox is immense, serving each of the 8 dimensions of wellness which supports you in positively impacting and integrating the wellbeing changes you desire. All program offerings are clarifying, comprehensive and cohesive, providing tangible results. DimensionL values your ability to integrate this way of life, so we do our best to offer convenient options. For instance, we have access to a variety of cutting-edge wellness testing and an extensive network of practitioners. Many of our services and offerings can be participated in and enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.

Quantum Biofeedback

The word “biofeedback” was coined in the late 1960s to describe laboratory procedures then being used to train experimental research subjects to alter brain activity, blood pressure, heart rate, and other bodily functions that normally are not controlled voluntarily.

Biofeedback is a treatment technique in which people are trained to improve their health by using conscious and subconscious signals from their own bodies. With biofeedback, you're connected to electrical sensors that help you receive information (feedback) about your body (bio).

The SCIO is a sophisticated, biofeedback system, which is designed for stress detection and stress reduction. It does NOT diagnose any clinical diseases. It measures the unconscious of the client, and provides an interface between the conscious and unconscious minds.

SCIO stands for Scientific Consciousness Interface Operation system. SCIO is derived from the Latin word = I KNOW

The SCIO operates what is known as Quantum Biofeedback, which means when measuring the subconscious we become aware of patterns which are negatively impacting wellbeing prior to physical manifestation. Traditional biofeedback is measuring and observing patterns that are already physically present.

It incorporates electro-dermal screening, stress testing and biofeedback. It is a computerized system that both tests and balances the body at the subtle energy level.

Additionally, it integrates the sciences of mathematics, quantum physics, fractal dynamics, subspace theory, electronics, and computer programming.

The SCIO can take over 11,000 different measurements on the human energy system. The process is known as Electro-Dermal Screening and is used for Stress Management. The analysis includes measurements of the Physiological Digestive, Lymphatic, Endocrine, Nervous and Meridian Systems. Can also be helpful in analyzing energy from viruses, bacteria, miasms, emotions, spinal energy flow, nutritional levels and chronic tendencies.

Emotion Code

Created by Dr. Bradley Johnson, the Emotion Code is a powerful method to locate and release trapped emotions. These emotions have been stored in the body and held in place by the subconscious mind. This technique can powerfully shift one’s state of being, from physical to emotional; ranging from chronic pain to self sabotage. Many cultures believe there is only one cause of dis-ease, which is an imbalance at the energetic level, techniques like Emotion Code help support clearing and balancing of the energy field.

Systems Theory

We are comprised of multiple systems; which are interdependent and interrelated. And according to Systems Theory, ‘Every system is bounded by space and time, influenced by its environment, defined by its structure and purpose, and expressed through its functioning.’ It is the study of smaller systems and how they relate to the larger, more complex system, emphasizing the importance that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. This means that in order to understand what is happening in the complex system, one must observe what is going on in each of the smaller systems. General Systems Theory was created through the research of Ludwig von Bertalanffy’s, which in 1968 he published, ‘General System Theory: Foundations, Development, Applications.’ 


We apply systems theory throughout our work with clients; to support them in better understanding themselves, provide clarity on root cause imbalances and how they affect the whole.

Meditation

Like many things in life, meditation takes practice to master. My one-on-one meditations with you meet you at whatever level of meditation you may be working from and guide you in progressively enhanced techniques designed for your ultimate mental, emotional and physical well-being. Together we will use a variety of techniques including progressive relaxation, breath work, visualization, and guided meditation. 


Meditation is both an art and a science with roots in the East, which have been documented for thousands of years. It is a process of letting go, first of the body and then the mind. As the letting go occurs, a state of thoughtless awareness ensues. Meditation requires a journey within and allows the mind to become quite and relaxed.


The meditation techniques I will teach you will serve you well over your lifetime. You’ll quickly notice how the daily mental chatter eases as you become more centered, intuitive and aware. Meditation is less about doing and more about being…aware.


Physiologically, stress hormones are reduced and the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation response) is activated; the anecdote to health woes of modern day living. The even better aspect is that you carry a state of relaxation without affecting alertness or effectiveness. Meditation is potentially one of the greatest forms of stress reduction.

Yoga

Yoga is a collection of techniques and practices all aimed at integrating mind, body and spirit and achieving self awareness, enlightenment or oneness with the universe. The word Yoga means "joined together" and is derived from the Sanskrit word "yug" which means "to unify". Yoga aims at unifying the mind, body and spirit so that they are in harmony.

Gain confidence in the pose, deepen your practice and learn how to use your practice for self-healing, with the guidance of private instruction. Perfect for those new to yoga, seeking stability for an injury or those who want to take their practice to the next level. Muscle Testing

Utilizes, Applied Kinesiology to measure the client's energetic reactivity. This technique can be used in a variety of ways to learn more about a clients’ specific needs and imbalances.

Reiki

Human beings, along with everything else in the universe, are made up of energy. Everything consists of energy vibrating at various frequencies. When vibrating energies encounter each other, there can either be resistance or flow. When energy flows, health & well- being are present. When it does not, and resistance is present, balance begins to deteriorate, eventually leading to discomfort and dis-ease. Energy healing is the practice of restoring flow & energy to the entire being; mind, body & soul.


Reiki is an energy balancing technique which originated in Japan. This practice supports clearing and balancing of a persons’ energy field, which includes releasing negative energy and blocks. Reiki may include light touch and Danae often utilizes aroma therapy, crystals and meditation to support the clients’ ability to relax and drop-in.

Tapping

This technique was created by Gary Craig. Also knowns as, Emotional freedom technique (EFT), is another energetic technique to balance the energy system and neutralize the emotional stronghold experiences may have on the subconscious mind. This technique can be especially helpful for emotional and physical pain. Stuck energy, or emotions (trauma),  can impede the natural healing potential of the body.


EFT uses fingertip tapping, gently applied to specific meridian points, combined with ‘tuning in’ to a specific issue. This combination rebalances energy flow and accesses the part of the brain that manages stress.

Please note, I am a sovereign being, which means I have my own thoughts, feelings, ideas and connection to God. I can take the information that is helpful for me and my practice, from these teachers, without agreeing with every notion or idea they have. God has given us the power of free will and the ability to discern, which means I can take in information while allowing other pieces to fall away. We cannot and will never completely agree with anyone and I do not think that is even the point. God is the only source of perfect love and we are given grace for our imperfections, as we should afford all of our brothers and sisters.

Tesla and Einstein both spoke highly of imagination over knowledge. The bible even says we need to be ‘like children’ to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

Children are curious, innocent, malleable and full of wonder.
